The presented ultrasonic cleaner is designed for high-performance and high-quality ultrasonic cleaning of parts in detergents by applying ultrasonic vibrations. The tanks inside capacity of the ultrasonic cleaner from 50l capacities, which ensures the use of a cleaner for washing a wide range of parts.

The ultrasonic cleaner is set to operate at a basic operating frequency of 25±7% kHz. This frequency is the most optimal for washing strongly bound contaminants in detergents. The tank of the ultrasonic cleaner is made of stainless steel sheet AISI 316L, resistant to weak solutions of acids and alkalis. The body of the ultrasonic cleaner is made of AISI 304 stainless steel with high quality surface.

The ultrasonic cleaner is equipped with immersible ultrasonic piezoelectric transducers located at the bottom of the tank, i.e. radiating is the bottom of the tank-which signifi cantly increases the effi ciency of ultrasonic action. The ultrasonic cleaner is equipped with: Programmable operators panel and PLC. Built – in ultrasonic generators. Ultrasonic generators are made according to the scheme with feedback, which provides automatic adjustment to the optimal ultrasonic power depending on the changing value of the external load.

Stainless steel heaters. Heat exchanger made of stainless steel to maintain a constant temperature of a special technical detergent composition. Ventilation openings for removal of vapors of special technical washing composition and connection to ventilation. Folding double-layer heat-protective stainless steel cover with high quality surface on the bearing supports and equipped with a mechanism to facilitate opening. Stainless steel fi ll and drain fi ttings with valves. Special stainless steel baskets from with a low shielding factor of ultrasonic vibrations and design ensuring the correct location of the parts when washing.
