The presented ultrasonic cleaner is designed for high-performance and high-quality ultrasonic cleaning of products in aqueous solutions of technical detergents by applying ultrasonic vibrations.
The tank dimensions of the ultrasonic cleaner are 1200 x 300 x 700 mm, and another dimensions which ensures the use for cleaning a wide range of parts. The ultrasonic cleaner is set to operate at a basic operating frequency of 25±7% kHz. This frequency is the most optimal for washing strongly bound contaminants in detergents. The tank of the ultrasonic cleaner made of stainless steel sheet AISI 316L, resistant to weak solutions of acids and alkalis. The body of the ultrasonic cleaner is made of AISI 304 stainless steel with improved surface fi nish. The ultrasonic cleaner is equipped with submerged ultrasonic piezoelectric transducers located on the walls of the working tank, i.e. radiating walls are working capacity-which signifi cantly increases the efficiency of ultrasonic exposure. Ultrasonic generators are made according to the scheme with feedback, which provides automatic adjustment to the optimal ultrasonic power depending on the changing value of the external load.
Stainless steel heaters. Folding double-layer heat-insulating stainless steel cover with high quality surface on the bearing supports and equipped with a mechanism to facilitate opening. Stainless steel fill and drain fittings with valves. Special loading baskets from stainless steel with a low shielding factor of ultrasonic vibrations and design ensuring the correct location of the parts when washing.
