The presented ultrasonic cleaners are designed for high-performance and high quality ultrasonic cleaning of parts in detergents by applying ultrasonic vibrations. The tanks – from 1,3 l. capacities. The operating ultrasonic
frequencies used are in the range of 25 to 75 kHz. Ultrasonic cleaners provide fast and efficient removal of persistent dirt from the surfaces of parts. The principle of operation is based on the excitation of ultrasonic vibrations in the washing liquid. Thus in a liquid the areas of compression and rarefaction extending in the direction of ultrasonic waves are formed. As a result of the resulting hydraulic shock from alternating areas of compression and vacuum, the instantaneous value of the local pressure is much higher than the original, caused by the spread of ultrasonic vibrations. This process is repeated at a frequency of tens of thousands of times per second, accompanied by a characteristic noise. Under the influence of hydraulic shock is the destruction of the pollution film, violation of its adhesion (adhesion) to the surface of the product, the transformation into an emulsion, after which the particles of pollution pass into the surrounding solution.
